Rain and Pizza

October 14th (Monday)
It was a beautiful morning, with high clouds thinly covering the sky. Wind-blown lenticular clouds dotted the horizon, a confirmation of the already forecasted storm heading our way. The whole five-day forecast was for rain and wind, and we were supposed to have 50 knots of wind by the next day.
The rain began before noon, and the wind began to pick up. It remained gusty within our anchorage, but in comparison to the wind in Eucott Bay it was very calm. We were anchored in much deeper water here, which made such a difference as to how the boat moved, and the noises of the anchor snubber. It was comparatively pleasant, and we went about our afternoon unconcerned.
We made up a batch of dough for tortillas, which we had not had in a while. We cooked up four fresh ones for dinner, and made pizzas. It had been two months since we had had pizzas, and they were delicious!
